Observe: zygomatic arch, mandibular fossa, mastoid process, posterior/anterior belly of digastric, stylohyoid, lateral pterygoid plate, levator palati, tensor veli palatini, pterygomandibular raphe, buccinator, superior constrictor, pharyngobasilar fascia, middle constrictor, hyoglossus, stylomandibular ligament, styloglossus, stylopharyngeus, greater horn hyoid bone, thyrohyoid membrane, hole in thyrohyoid membrane for internal laryngeal nerve and superior laryngeal artery, thyroid cartilage, inferior constrictor, glossopharyngeal nerve branches (3), internal/external/common carotid artery, internal jugular vein, and external auditory meatus.
