True/False Question 2x from 2007 Exam Key says...

The tympanic nerve, a branch of the chorda tympani nerve, provides GVA innervation to the middle ear. TRUE

But I think it is false because it is the tympanic branch from the glossopharyngeal nerve that provides GVA to the middle ear via the tympanic plexus. The chorda tympani doesn't have a GVA compenent, and it doesn't branch at all before SVA and GVE components join the lingual nerve in the infratemporal fossa.
