Regarding #37... If the left coronary artery was knocked out quickly, the AV bundle of His would be knocked out, since the left coronary artery supplies the anterior IV artery branch. But I see that the anterior IV branch anastamoses with the posterior IV branch. If the plaque was slow-forming, would the posterior provide circulation via the anastamosis?
