FALSE is the intended answer. Nevertheless, ECRL is the key muscle. ECRL was innervated prior to the deep radial nerve passing deep to supinator - correct? Thus, ECRL is doing fine. I predict a neutral wrist position.

Interesting that someone asked if abductor digiti minimi might be a wrist adductor. Yes; by way of tethering to FCU. In fact, try forcefully abducting your little finger and you will see your wrist adduct.
