Note:  This is an AP supine film after barium has been swallowed.  There are surgical clips in the right upper abdomen from a previous cholecystectomy (removal of the gall bladder).  The patient is lying on his back.  In the supine projection the barium will pool in the fundus and air will rise to the antrum of the stomach.

Identify -- fundus, body, and antrum of stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum
