Note:  This is a frontal (AP) film from a barium enema.  The patient is lying on the his back.  The patient was large and the entire colon could not fit on one film.  There has been reflux into the terminal ileum.

Identify -- rectum, sigmoid colon, transverse colon, ascending colon, cecum, terminal ileum
