Note. This image is a lingitudinal scan through the bladder and the
uterus. The patient's head is to the viewer's left. The large
black area ventrally is the patient's bladder. The uterus is the
eggshaped echogenic structure immediately dorsal to the bladder.
Centrally within the uterus are several very bright echoes representing
the endometrial cavity.
